June 2020 – Cashs Nu Jazzman

This 2-year-old Black Gelding comes to the Ranch from private sellers who are down-sizing their herd.  Given his background and his potential we’re calling him Staxx O’ Cash!  His dad, Eddies Cash, is from the Haythorn Land and Cattle Co and is a point earner in roping and ranch versatility.  His mom, Marking Your Tracks, has money-earning experience with the NRCHA (and just happens to be our newest brood mare with a gorgeous filly by her side!)  Although he came to us unbroke, he is now well broke, has 30+ rides and is progressing like a pro from the round pen to the arena pad and meandering on trail rides through the woods and pastures around the Ranch.  This gorgeous fellow is going to be a tall quarter horse, maturing at 15.2 to 15.3, but boy is he gentle, curious, strong, stout and friendly!  In the round pen he has no quit with a great stop and back up.  He’s collected, a fancy mover, sleek and smooth – he’ll look good in your barn, pasture, back yard and tied to your trailer at any event!  He is a soft and supple young man with personality plus: he wants to please, loves attention and will stand for hours being groomed.  While we’d love to keep Staxx for our own, he really needs a cowboy/cowgirl to take him home, finish training him as a cow horse and love him as a partner when working hard on the ranch.   Or, with money and point earners on his top and bottom side, and with continued training in a cow-focused discipline, we know this sleek gelding will earn your respect and help you earn Staxx O’ Cash at events!  Staxx is available for sale now for a paltry $4,200.  (We priced him low to entice you to buy him now and continue his training).

Staxx is a Black horse, but he’s been in our pasture under full sun and his coat is a bit faded.  In a barn or under cover he’ll shed out to be full black again.
