Sweet, Cowy, Talented Junie! Our youngest weaner, born on 5 June at 1:50 am under a bright, full, Strawberry moon. Is this little filly a sweetheart or what?! An own daughter of the late, great Light N Lena and out of an own daughter of the great Dual Pep, this sweet filly has a strong gene pool to be proud of and huge hoof prints to follow. Her sire Light N Lena earned more than $160,000 in his lifetime and so far has produced 76 money earners with an average earning of $29,000! Although her Dam, Duals Bitty Kitty, has no earnings, Junie’s pedigree on her Dam side is jam packed with huge money winners, including her 2nd Dam, Lenas Star Cat, who earned more than $50,000 herself and is an own daughter of Dual Pep, earner of more than $300K! And the list of horse Who’s Who in this little girl’s pedigree gets more impressive the deeper you dig! Besides her gene pool and great expectations for a bright future, Junie is a gorgeous sorrel rabicano with a great build, a kind eye and a curious, sweet disposition. We are gently working with her daily and have gained her trust, but keeping our distance enough so she does not become pushy or too much of a pet. This little filly has nice hips and legs and can already get around herself: at just 2 days old she was already tracking our dogs when they entered her stall to say hi!
