This babe-a-licious bay roan filly is called “Scoobie” because she is just as curious as the mystery-solving cartoon character and every bit as snack loving! With her winter jammies on Scoobie looks solid bay; but as she sheds out this spring that gorgeous roaning becomes prominent. Scoobie is broad chested, big bootied and stout, while still retaining elegance and refined good looks. She has awesome bone and great feet; she is built to stoooopppp!! While not a pocket pet, she’s curious about people and can’t wait to start her new life as a riding horse – she just needs you to break her, train her and finish her out! Scoobie was pasture-raised and never handled; after coming to the Ranch we’ve kept her in a stall w/run and have been working with her several times a week. She now halters, ties, and stands (albeit nervously) for the shoer. She now wears a saddle well and accepts it from both sides. Scoobie’s top-side foundation breeding is Hancock at its finest. Her bottom-side breeding includes renowned cow horses Shining Spark and Peptos Stylish Oak; her mom is an accomplished roper on the non-pro circuit. Given her big-dollar earning pedigree, this filly is sure to rope and cow-horse like a grand champion, no doubt.
